Ludicrous weather

Can we really be seriously considering playing cricket tomorrow??

Breaking news (at 10.15am).....Some degree of sanity has prevailed-the 1st XI game at Glenrothes is OFF

3rds game at Broomhall is still ON

As Andy G and Ziggy have reported the pitch at Arbo seems playable and is being rolled... (don't wreck it for Sunday's game lads...)

  1. Maybe the 3's could try and get Marti Pellow to play. After all, he was great when it was Wet Wet Wet.

    (I'll get ma coat)

  2. Really, face it, it's just not cricket weather, is it? Come on, let's have some common sense here, please.

  3. Surely Charlestown isnt tropical enough to stay on for the 3s when Glenrothes is off, a mere 15 miles down the road?

  4. Andy G checked the Arbo an hour ago, he said

"It's bout the same, maybe wee bit wetter than weds. It's just going to tear up like it did then. No puddles, but i think i'd put it off if it was the 1sts"

Rain is forecast for now and all this afternoon, but the radar image is not as clear.

I will be leaving it as late as possible to leave my flat though!!
