After the lengthy interruptions to the 1st XI match vs Mufs at Roseburn caused by stump-stealing youths, it seems the same lads were in Stockbridge on Saturday. This is from SOS's report on the Scotland versus Warwickshire match on May 16th:
'The match was interrupted in bizarre fashion when a man darted on to the pitch, pinched a bail, and made an audacious escape over the boundary wall'

They should have caught the culprit and made them stay and watch the rest of the game as punishment...
ReplyDeleteThey already were, it was the Scotland coach!
ReplyDeleteHmmmmm. A ginger Midlander. If Mr Millington weren't a Worcestershire, rather than a Warwickshire, fan I'd be wondering where he was on Saturday.
