The midweek XI lost their opening game vs Maccabi (led by Gus McLean).
42 from Bainbro and 40 odd not out from Dougie and other bits and pieces (including a massive 6 from Andrew G) helped us set Maccabi 130 to win off 18 overs. Despite reducing them to 6-2 and a tight spell from Andrew G (4 overs for 13), some big hitting from Allam (70-odd) took Maccabi past the total with some comfort. The remaining bowling figures are to be protected under the 30 year rule...
