2nds' Fixture Rearrangement

Please note that the 2nds' final game of the season, at home vs Edinburgh Accies 2nds, has been rearranged from Saturday 29th August to Sunday 9th August. We were unable to find a pitch for the 29th.

    I assume a player picked on the 9th August would be inelligible for the 3rd team game on the 31st?

    No it is not as clear cut as that. Firstly because we have to play twice in the weekend, we have to have some leeway in order to get 11 players for the Sunday. Secondly if Richard Ellis plays for the 2nd XI on August 9th, he would still be able to play for the 3rd XI on Sunday August 30th, as he is just filling in on the 9th for the 2nd XI for the first time. Similarly if I was filling in for the 1st XI on Sat Aug 8th, I could play on Sunday 9th for my regular team in my opinion.

    However I can't play on August 9th - Cow Corner finals Day.

    I asked ahead and booked the day of work incase i was required to play, cos i thought it might be a struggle
