The Final Cut

Crossers will have heard about the imprisonment of Charlie Gilmour.
How will his father feel about it?-how will he react. Perhaps by whacking some bowlers around in Dunfermline on Sunday....

  1. Nevin, I mean Gilmour, played on the original of the seminal cricket classic* When An Old Cricketer Leaves The Crease by Roy Harper (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y18BCrf9fo8) if I recall correctly. Unlikely as it may seem, it was released in 1975 to commemorate McGill's 65th birthday.

are the only others I can think of, anyone else able to produce a classic?

According to my (vinyl) copy of H.Q. Gilmour/Nevin only played on track 1-The Game...anyway I'm off to listen to The Monster...Harper's song about about the Murdoch empire...

  3. I never let facts get in the way of some unresearched BS. Just like the waning Murdoch empire some might say.
