In light of the unfortunate incident at Awards Night, when it was discovered that Ellis jnr had been pipped to the Most League Runs Trophy by 1 run, I would like to lead the tributes to McGill as he passes the collation of stats duties over to Charlie for next season.
ReplyDeleteThe time must be nigh when McGill has finally taught the club pro everything he knows and can properly concentrate on his own batting. Topics covered so far; Groundsmanship, Dibbly Dobblys, Scoring (fifities) & Statistical Manipulation. Modules still required; Statistical Hallucination, Swimming, Hirsutity(?), and of course How to appear truly ancient when you are really quite young.
